Reggie has an extensive background in high-volume manufacturing with fifteen (15+) years in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities have encompassed: Operations Manager at a 22 nm FINFET research facility, Operations Engineering, FMEA, Ford 8-D Problem Solving, DOE (Design of Experiments), DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DMAIC, Taguchi Methods of Quality Engineering, Six Sigma training, photo and etch process engineering. I oversaw the qualification and yield enhancement of new products from initial launch to maturity in product engineering. I am familiar with Device Physics, Process Integration, Integrated Circuit Logic, Design, Data Power Software, JMP, Minitab, MCSPICE, Microsoft Access, UNIX, and C HTML, SAP. MATLAB, SEM, XPS, Goniometer, and Microfluidic Devices (Lab-on-a-Chip) in graduate research. His current interest is Nanoengineering Education, and facilitating connections of the field with industry partners.
