Nomination Committee Members

All chapters must submit the Nomination Committee Designee Form electronically no later than 11:59pm, March 15, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may result in your chapter’s loss of representation on the committee. The committee meeting time and location will be announced during the business sessions of the 85th Middle Eastern Province Council.

Application

The application for the province positions will become available on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The application will be electronic and open to all financial members within the province. Completed applications must be submitted electronically no later than 11:59pm, Thursday, March 5, 2026. A return receipt will be generated to the sender upon arrival.

Vetting

The vetting period is set from Thursday, March 5, 2026, to Thursday, March 19, 2026. The Nominations Chairman will work with the Province Keeper of Records and the Province Keeper of Exchequer to have all candidates vetted during this two week period.

Electronic Posting of Candidates for Offices/Positions

 

All candidates that are eligible to seek offices/positions shall be posted on the MEP website in the category they are vying for. This will be posted on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Campaigning

Campaigning for all province positions will occur from Thursday, March 19, 2026, to Thursday, April 9, 2026. Any candidate desiring to have campaign materials inserted into the MEP council registration bags will have an opportunity to do so.

Special Announcement

• For the brothers that come out of their respective caucuses, you DO NOT need to reapply for the position you are seeking.

• There is no application process for Alumni Board Seats in Regions 1, 3, and 5.  Any seats that are currently vacant, will be appointed by the Province Polemarch and announced by him or his designee.
