The Kappa Xi Chapter takes a look back at one of their past homecoming tailgates at NC State University. The Kappa Xi Chapter was chartered on December 12th 1980 on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. North Carolina State University was founded in 1887 and is currently the largest university in the state of North Carolina.
