HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
Brothers will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
Reservations may be made by calling (877) 814-7316 and asking for the Middle Eastern Conference 2026 Room Block – “Executive Suite” Room. This toll-free number is specific to our group.
Important Hotel Policies:
• A major credit card and the first night’s deposit will be required at the time of booking.
• A seven (7) day cancellation policy applies.
• Any attendee cancelling their reservation within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one night’s lodging.
Please be sure to reference the group block when making your reservation to receive the special conference rate of $166.28 per night.
