RESERVATION CUTOFF DATE: February 27, 2022. Any reservation requests made after the reservation due date of February 27, 2022 will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.

Incidental Charges: All guests, except those specifically designated by the Middle Eastern Province will pay their own account upon departure. When reservations are made, a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night will be required.

One night stay pre-authorization credit card charge: Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges for the length of the guest’s stay, and incidentals room charges.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am.

Hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy: An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Penalty for cancellations received less than 72 hours: Individual reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room and tax.

Early Departure Fee: Hotel requires 24 hour notice for early departure. An early departure fee of one night’s room & tax will apply if a Customer attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Individuals checking out early without 24 hour notice will be charged a $50.00 early departure fee.

Hotel is a smoke free facility. Smoking in sleeping rooms or meeting spaces will result in a $150.00 fine per incident.
