The Wilmington(NC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. deeply regrets the passing of our good Brother James Braye, a Fall 49 initiate of Alpha Phi Chapter Virginia State and a member of the Wilmington(NC) Alumni Chapter.
